Area 5 (units 3144, 3146, 3704 and 3708) and area 4 (units 3145, 3143, 3712 and 3716)
- Final clean-up and landscape restoration.
Area 1 (units 3122, 3124, 3744 and 3740) and area 2 (units 3120, 3736, and 373730)
- Install barricades to restrict access.
- Remove pavers in designated area.
- Soil prep work.
- Soil compaction testing.
- Form work for v-pan and driveway curb.
Next Week’s Planned Activities
The following tasks are scheduled for completion during the week of October 27, 2025: General Communication:
- Delay notice to be posted on section 3.
Area 1 (units 3122, 3124, 3744 and 3740) and area 2 (units 3120, 3736, and 373730)
- Soil prep work.
- Pour new v-pan and curb.
- Soil compaction testing.
- Final clean-up.
- Remove barricades and allow access.
